Expert G. Evans visit to Lithuania: 2011/04/11; On 7 April 2011, VORT expert Gordon Evans presented an assessment of the Canadian environmental protection programme to ministerial employees of strategic planning and assessment units at the Government’s building.

Methodology for formulating and applying performance measures used in strategic planning documents is issued in a separate publication.: 2011/03/03; Methodology for formulating and applying performance measures used in strategic planning documents, approved by Order No 1K-330 of the Minister for Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, came out in a separate publication in Lithuanian and English in February 2011.

VORT project: practical aspects of public administration: 2010/10/05; The conference “The practice of performance-based management” held on 1 October, intended not only for public officials but also other specialists in public administration, was already the second conference organised with the aim of giving publicity to the project \"Improvement of performance-based management (VORT)\", implemented by the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance. Conference participants introduced the method of administration of the public sector in our country and the ways of its improvement, also shared foreign experience and the possibilities of its adoption in Lithuania.
